REGULATIONS FOR SPEAKER PARTICIPATION

The basic aim of speeches and other presentations at events organized by FrecuenciaEvents is to promote exchanges and academic debates among attendees. For that reason, we will not accept presentations with strictly commercial content, product or price offerings, or partial or biased appreciations of solutions available on the market.

Presentations must be submitted within the time and in the format specified by the organizers. Unless otherwise specified, they should be in Power Point and last approximately 25 minutes.

No presentations that have not been read, edited and approved by the editors can be presented during the conference.

Once a presentation has been approved, it will be “frozen,” and that is the version that will be presented during the event. Changes will only be accepted in exceptional cases, and at least two weeks in advance of the actual event.

Under no circumstances will modifications or electronic files of presentations be accepted on the day of the conference.
6- The editorial committee reserves the right to edit presentations.
7- Agreeing to participate in a round-table implies following the moderation rules and guidelines established by the editorial committee, which will be at the participants’ disposal for inquiries prior to the presentations.
8- After each presentation, the speaker will accept questions from the audience.
REGULATIONS FOR MODERATOR PARTICIPATION
1- The basic aim of speeches and presentations at events organized by FrecuenciaEvents is to promote exchanges and academic debates among attendees. For that reason, we will not accept presentations with strictly commercial content, product or price offerings, or partial or biased appreciations of solutions available on the market.
2- Agreeing to moderate a round table implies following the moderation rules and guidelines established by the editorial committee, which will be at the participants’ disposal for inquiries prior to the presentations.
3- After the presentations, the moderator will invite and encourage questions from the audience.

Moderation should be geared to promoting, fostering and enriching the debate.

The moderator must remain neutral and seek objectivity. The moderator should not:

monopolize the round-table discussions

grant more time or courtesies to one speaker than to others

express his/her own opinion or make a presentation equivalent to those of the speakers.

For that reason, we will not accept presentations with strictly commercial content, product or price offerings, or partial or biased appreciations of solutions available on the market.

The presentation IS NOT about a company,product or specific solution. You have been asked to speak because of your industry knowledge and expertise, not to pitch your company. Our audiences are made up of very senior executives who will already know what your company does and are more interested in hearing your viewpoint on the given topic.

Make your presentation relevant to the topic of your session. Please make sure that you address the questions or bullet points that you have been asked to cover. For more details, check the online agenda.Frecuenciaonline will not accept videos, products or promotion about them.

The answers about moderator questions have to be relevant to the topics of your panel session. We recommend speakers to include experiences and advices in the presentation.
